3. Account Registration & Restrictions

To access certain features, software tools, or courses, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your credentials. 

- Individual Usage: Account credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. 

- Prohibition of Account Sharing: Simultaneous logins, sharing credentials, or allowing third parties to access course materials or test software through your account is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination without refund.

4. User Submissions & Idea Ownership

By submitting any feedback, ideas, feature requests, comments, reviews, or materials through our website or services, you grant SAT Experts Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and integrate such content or ideas into our software and educational offerings without any obligation, attribution, or compensation to you.

5. Use of Services

6. Parent Communication & FERPA Authorization

- Students under 18: SAT Experts Academy may share academic progress, test scores, attendance, software activity, and performance reports with a parent or legal guardian.

- Students aged 18 or older: By enrolling in SAT Experts Academy and accepting these Terms, you voluntarily authorize SAT Experts Academy to share your academic progress, attendance, performance reports, and assessment results with your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) for educational support purposes.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

All fees and payments must be settled in advance through our authorized payment gateways. Payments are subject to our Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy. Access to subscription-based software or courses may be revoked immediately upon failure of payment processing or unauthorized chargebacks.

8. Limitation of Liability

SAT Experts Academy strives to provide accurate, high-quality content and reliable software tools. However, our services and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. SAT Experts Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or inability to access, our website, software, or learning materials.
