Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

At SAT Experts Academy, we are committed to providing the best educational service and ensuring full transparency in all our dealings. All payments are processed securely through our website.

1. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• Full Refund: A student is entitled to a full refund if the session or service is canceled at least 24 hours before its scheduled time.

• Partial Refund (for packages): When a package of sessions is purchased, the student is entitled to a refund for the value of the sessions that have not been attended. The cost of all sessions that have already been attended will be deducted from the total amount paid.

• No Refund: No refund will be issued for sessions or courses that have already been attended or were not canceled in time.

2. How to Request a Refund:

• Your request must include your full name, order number, and the reason for the refund request.

3. Refund Processing Time:

• Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days from the date of receipt.

• Once approved, the refunded amount may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's procedures.
